Annual Dojo Halloween Gathering

Stop by Sensei Sharaze's house on your trick or treating journey! We'll have chili, mummy dogs, hot chocolate and a fire to roast marshmallows. More details to come!

Halloween Safety Tips

We use Kidpower curriculum in our kids classes to teach stranger safety and anti-bullying strategies. Read Halloween Safety Tips the Kidpower Way for some excellent Halloween tips.

Also, because it's relevant and has come up in class, read about how to talk to your kids about the weird clown sightings

Fall/Winter Uniforms

This month we transition to uniforms of gi top, pants, and belt. For help with belt tying, visit our vimeo page. Please wear lightweight shorts and tshirts under uniforms rather than denim or collared shirts. Attending class in full uniform regularly is a testing requirement. If you or your student needs a gi, contact Sensei Sharaze.
Dietary Requirements

If you or your child has a food allergy or restriction or keeps kosher, please email info@aikidomemphis.com to let us know. We occasionally have Japanese treats for Japanese holidays or instructor birthdays and we want to be sure everyone can participate!
